Wide Contour Gauge for Irregular Profile Transfer
DETAILS
Copy the shape before you cut. This wide contour gauge uses sliding profile pins to capture curves, pipe penetrations, trim profiles and irregular edges, giving you a physical shape that can be transferred onto flooring, panels or other compatible material for marking.
- Capture Awkward Shapes: Sliding profile pins conform around compatible curves, corners and irregular edges that are difficult to reproduce with straight measurements alone.
- Lay Out Pipe Cutouts: The deep-profile design is shown wrapping around round objects, making it useful for transferring penetration shapes before marking flooring or surrounding material.
- Match Existing Profiles: Copy trim, molding and other discrete edge profiles before transferring the outline to the workpiece for cutting and fitting.
- Reduce Template Making: Provides a reusable way to capture suitable local profiles without creating a fresh cardboard or scrap template for every shape.
- Integrated Scale: The graduated scale along the body provides an additional linear reference while capturing and transferring profiles.

How to Measure (Body)
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your waist.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle (for pants/tights).

How to Measure Your Foot
- Use a sheet of paper: Place it against a wall on a hard floor.
- Stand and mark: Heel lightly against the wall, mark your longest toe.
- Measure heel to toe: Measure the distance in cm.
- Measure both feet: Use the longer measurement.
- Wear your usual socks: If you’ll wear sports socks, measure with them on.
