Super Capacitor Battery Spot Welder

Build a more controlled bench workflow for battery-pack fabrication and repair with this super-capacitor spot welder. Designed for battery-tab and strip welding, it combines dual handheld probes, an on-unit color control interface, and a foot pedal for repeatable weld-point placement during pack work.
- Battery-pack focused: Designed for spot welding compatible conductive strips or tabs to cylindrical battery cells rather than general arc, MIG, or TIG welding.
- High-current pulse welding: The super-capacitor architecture delivers short, high-current welding pulses for dedicated battery-tab joining work.
- Manual probe control: Dual handheld probes let you position weld points directly on the pack for controlled, hands-on placement.
- Bench workflow: The foot pedal provides an additional control method while the color interface keeps welding adjustments at the desktop unit.
- High-output performance: Delivers up to 1,750A maximum current and 10.5kW maximum output. Material capability depends on the compatible strip, setup, and welding conditions.

- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your waist.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle (for pants/tights).

How to Measure Your Foot
- Use a sheet of paper: Place it against a wall on a hard floor.
- Stand and mark: Heel lightly against the wall, mark your longest toe.
- Measure heel to toe: Measure the distance in cm.
- Measure both feet: Use the longer measurement.
- Wear your usual socks: If you’ll wear sports socks, measure with them on.
